Position Overview:

McClure Post Acute is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated nursing team.

Compensation:


* Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour (DOE)


* Available for full-time and part-time positions


* All Shifts: AM, PM, or NOC

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with requests as needed and provide personalized care.


* Supervise or assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other daily activities.


* Provide companionship and build strong relationships with residents.


* Respond to emergencies according to established policies and procedures.


* Document care provided to residents in accordance with documentation standards.


* Contribute to ensuring that resident individual service plans are current and accurate.


* Regularly review 24-hour reports and care checklists.


* Maintain the upkeep of residents' rooms (e.g., making beds, taking out trash, washing dishes).

Qualifications:


* Required Certification: Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).

* Ability to work effectively as a team player.
