Position Overview:

McClure Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time NOC shift with a pay rate of $35 per hour.

Responsibilities:


* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established standards.


* Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with residents, families, and the healthcare team.


* Follow instructions and implement care plans as directed.


* Make independent decisions and apply critical thinking in providing patient care.


* Collaborate with a compassionate and caring team to enhance patient well-being.

Qualifications:


* Required License: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.


* Passion for working with seniors and commitment to providing excellent care.


* Ability to communicate well in writing and verbally in English.


* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.


* Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
