Full Time STNA

What You'll Do:


* Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents with kindness and respect.


* Assist with daily tasks like personal hygiene, mobility, and meals to ensure comfort and dignity.


* Keep a watchful eye on the health and well-being of residents, communicating changes to the nursing team.


* Create meaningful connections and provide residents with a sense of warmth, care, and security each day.

What We're Looking For:


* A current STNA certification and in good standing with the state of Ohio.


* A caring, reliable, and patient individual who loves making a difference.


* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff.


* Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare is a plus but not required.
