As a Recreation Manager you will be Responsible for leading and managing the resort’s luxury recreation and fitness operations, including pools, beach, and health club.

The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, effective financial performance, and a motivated, well-trained team.

* Prepare, manage, and monitor the departmental business plan and budget with measurable targets in line with hotel objectives.


* Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing to effectively promote recreation, fitness, and wellness products and services.


* Monitor financial performance, analyze variances against budget, and implement corrective actions where required.


* Develop and implement systems to ensure optimal and efficient use of departmental resources.


* Establish procedures to track, control, and report departmental operating costs.
