What You Will Do


* Perform manual machining work with Lathes, Milling Machines, Key Seaters, Surface Grinders, Radial Drill Presses


* Industrial maintenance and PM's (Lathes, Milling Machines, Key Seaters, Surface , Shop Equipment)


* Maintain tooling inventory and stock levels


* Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures


* Assist crew members working in a team environment


* Keep work area clean before, after, and throughout shift


* Maintain all safety guards on equipment and following all lock out/tag out procedures to promote a safe working environment for all employees

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* High School Diploma or GED


* Experience reading and interpreting blueprints


* Experience within the past 2 years and 4 total years or more of experience in manual machining on older Lathes, Milling Machines, Key Seaters, Surface Grinders, Radial Drill Presses, and other typical Machine Shop Equipment


* Experience in conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on all types of Machine Shop Equipment


* Experience using a computer to generate, distribute and maintain maintenance records

What Will Put You Ahead


* 5 or more years with CNC programming and or operating experience
