About the Internship
IT Operations is responsible for the smooth functioning of the infrastructure and operational environments for internal and external customers, including the network infrastructure, server and device management, and telecommunications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities


* Professional, clear, concise communication, both written and verbal


* Able to provide front-end support to end users


* Assess problems & help customers


* Proficient In access management, troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication.


* Resolving security vulnerabilities


* Review procedures and reports for improvements


* Assisting with PCI Initiatives


* Expand and develop automated tools for repetitive tasks


* Understands basic networking topologies


* Support monitoring and availability of critical systems


* Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly
