$23.00 an Hour

You are a people person and have already proven your ability to go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of the guest.

As a Spa Supervisor you are working hand in hand with the spa's professional team to deliver the guest Wow experience, constantly training, coordinating, scheduling and supervising the team and setting an example, while helping where needed.

This role will assist the Spa Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa and assumes the responsibilities of the Spa Manager in his/her absence.

The Spa Supervisor also will be responsible for coordinating retail inventories, ordering and monitoring/supporting any spa incentive programs to department standards.

As Spa Supervisor, you will

• Be Guest Centric - talk to the guests as they check in and when they leave, pro-actively addressing any concerns they may have, and upselling products and services when possible.

Make your department one which anticipates guest needs vs.

one that simply reacts.

• Be Employee Centric - train new staff to our processes, helping them with questions and concerns, scheduling them as needed, keeping both business levels and employee preferences in mind.

• Be a Role Model - help others make it to the next level like you did, so you can continue your own upward progression.

Lead by example.

• Be a Safety & Security Agent - follow your hotel's established safety and security policies & procedures as well as all OSHA guidelines, reporting issues to maintenance and/or security.

Job Requirements

This role requires previous customer service and hotel experience, with experience in reception and customer service an asset.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally in English.

This job requires medium work - exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently - with a regular need to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Long hours, many of which may be spent standing or walking, sometimes required as is the ability to move quickly and agilely if a situation requiring quick assistance arises.

Spa inspections will require the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach.

This role works under variable temperature conditions and noise levels and is primary indoors with chemical, fume or odor hazards as well as dust or mite hazards potentially being present.
