Registered Dietitian

Location: South Creek Post Acute - Washington
Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

South Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities


* Assess nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.


* Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to support resident health goals.


* Monitor and document resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary regulations.


* Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics.

Qualifications


* Current Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential.


* Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in the state of Washington.


* Strong communication and organizational skills.


* Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred but not required.
