The Client Delivery Evolution (CDE) program sits at the heart of ERM’s global transformation efforts.
As a Project Manager, you will be a critical force behind aligning workstreams, enabling decision‑making, and ensuring leaders have the structure and insights needed to move the program forward.
Your efforts will create consistency, elevate quality, and unlock smoother delivery for teams across ERM.

* You will provide the connective tissue across all CDE workstreams—ensuring milestones, risks, and priorities are clearly visible and actively managed.
* You will help shape the processes, tools, documentation, and training that underpin ERM’s global standardization journey.
* You will empower SMEs, leaders, and delivery teams with organized systems, clear workflows, and well‑structured materials that enable more efficient operations.
* You will directly influence how thousands of ERM employees adopt new ways of working through polished SOPs, process flows, and training support.

Required
* Bachelor’s degree.
Or equivalent experience.
* 3–4+ years of project management or consulting experience, ideally supporting transformation, standardization, or process improvement programs.
* Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft Copilot.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with SMEs and senior leaders.
* Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and maintain clarity across complex initiatives.
* This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred
* Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or change management initiatives.
* Background in workflow design, process mapping, or operational excellence.
* Familiarity with developing SOPs, templates, work instructions, or training materials.
* Comfort supporting global teams in a distributed environment.
