Director of Maintenance - Full Time
Location: NHC HealthCare West Plains

NHC HealthCare West Plains is seeking a skilled and dependable Director of Maintenance to lead and oversee the upkeep of our facility, equipment, and grounds.

You'll be a key part of our team, working closely with staff, patients, and families with tact and professionalism.

What You'll Do:


* Plan, direct, and supervise all maintenance activities for the physical plant, equipment, and vehicles


* Train and manage maintenance staff


* Maintain accurate records of work and expenses


* Advise the administrator on maintenance needs for the building and grounds


* Ensure compliance with local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations

Requirements:


* Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems


* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals


* Strong knowledge of local codes and safety regulations


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
