Job Description

Provides Human Resources consultation and case resolution, serves as main point of contact for Store & Field resolving a multitude of inquiries and routing special requests to Tier II Specialists.

Advises employees and managers with questions regarding HR policies, processes and in navigating through tools such as AZP (HR Core system).

Manages HR projects, planning, testing, implementing and successfully completing new enhancements with frequent interaction with a diverse variety of internal and external individuals/teams/departments at different levels of the organization; also, is able to meet assignments/tasks deadlines, associated implications, execute thoroughly analysis for impacts and test new configurations/features.

Responsibilities



* Maintain master data/sensitive information/status changes in HCM System (AZP) in order to fulfill urgent/critical business needs (BAU)


* Analyze business needs, document the requirements from the business perspective, and translate them to IT requirements to implement successfully new solutions through a Technology Team.


* Coordinate & team up with Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Support Areas, End Users, HR Leaders and IT to implement new systems/enhancements/features/system releases/projects


* Test new configurations/enhancements/features/releases to assure the proper behavior in the solutions implemented by IT Team


* Review and analyze all new projects implemented, measure and communicate results through tickets tracking


* Research and review processes and procedures assuring step-by-step validation from the different areas impacted by HR projects using advanced technical skills (applies also for developing & designing)

Qualifications



* A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Information Technologies, Computer Science, Data Science


* 5 to 7 years of experience


* ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, PeopleSoft, etc.), Business Analysis, Process Mapping, BPM, eForms, Incident/Problem management


* Oracle/SAP HCM, SQL, Project Management, ITIL, Reporting, Proficiency in English


* Retail experience
