ABOUT THE ROLE
We 're seeking a dynamic Controls Engineer to support manufacturing quality and efficiency! This Controls Engineer will be responsible for supporting automated assembly processes and implementing lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
This role involves troubleshooting equipment, analyzing data, and driving cost-effective solutions for continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Provide engineering support for high automated assembly processes.
* Identify/Implement cost reduction programs for capital expenditures.
* Utilize data such as downtime, scrap, efficiencies, etc.
to plan and strategize countermeasures for equipment and process problems.
* Analyze and interpret data to make rational decisions when it comes to troubleshooting issues with the equipment, and organize those thoughts into a detailed plan, incorporating peers, and executing the plan to a conclusion.
