Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) ready to make a real difference in the lives of others? Marysville Post Acute is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our supportive and collaborative therapy team!

As a PTA, you'll work closely with our Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality, personalized care that helps residents regain strength, mobility, and independence.

✨ What You'll Do


* Provide hands-on therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist


* Document daily and weekly progress notes per PT Board requirements


* Support residents in achieving their rehab goals and maintaining independence


* Communicate effectively with therapists, nursing staff, and families about patient progress


* Help train restorative aides and assist with discharge planning and caregiver education


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment

? What We're Looking For


* Active California PTA license in good standing


* A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills


* Passion for helping others and making therapy sessions engaging and effective
