Position Summary

The Commercial Loan Specialist supports the Bank's portfolio management and client service objectives by ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts, accurate reporting, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

This position plays a critical role in assisting the Community Banking Portfolio Manager with oversight of loan accounts and delivering high-quality support and operational excellence to internal and external clients.

Responsibilities


* Perform reconciliation of various loan and deposit accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank policies.


* Communicate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and service providers regarding transaction inquiries and account discrepancies.


* Assist the Community Banking Portfolio Manager with oversight of loan accounts, including monitoring balances, payments, and exceptions.


* Create and maintain financial and operational reports as directed by Management.


* Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client requests, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications


* 2 years of banking, finance, or accounting experience


* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
