Overview

The Complex Leisure Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing and expanding accounts to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.

This role combines strategic market development with hands-on sales execution, ensuring the hotel maximizes market share and builds long-term partnerships across multiple business segments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting travel manager, TMCs, consortia, OTAs, wholesale partners, and leisure agencies to achieve revenue and market share goals.


* Proactively solicit and manage high-value accounts through prospecting, presentations, site visits, negotiations, and contract execution.


* Maximize revenue by promoting all hotel services and amenities, tailoring proposals to client needs, and building long-term relationships.


* Manage account portfolios to ensure timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with hotel operations for flawless service delivery.


* Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, consortia/agency events, community functions, and networking opportunities.


* Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to optimize business mix, set pricing strategies, and identify new opportunities.


* Actively participate in daily/weekly business reviews, forecast meetings, and strategic planning sessions.


* Achieve measurable sales goals including revenue contribution, new account acquisition, and market penetration targets.


* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
