• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Aerospace Manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or lead responsibility
• Hands‑on experience with metallurgical laboratory practices such as sample preparation, microstructure evaluation, grain flow verification, hardness testing, and failure analysis.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Benefits/Salary:
