* 3.0 GPA and above and have prior work experience
* Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2027
* Experience in high volume manufacturing preferred but not required
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
Must be proficient working in a Microsoft systems environment
* Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities at the same time while focusing and carrying out tasks in a timely & accurate manner
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with operations personnel, internal and external customers and top management representatives
* Has the ability to relate to and cooperate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing personnel
* Must be comfortable in a metal forging facility that requires the use of PPE: Personal protective equipment
Interns must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Salary Range: $22-$23 /hour depending on experienceHowmet Aerospace is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team at our Rochester, NY location.
This position will report directly to the site's Quality Manager with daily coaching from the team's quality engineers and technicians.
