Encore - Compensation Consultant

This is an ENCORE opportunity.

You must be a retired Cigna Group employee to be eligible.

In this role you will:

• Guide HR and business leaders through the annual compensation review process, influencing decisions to achieve key objectives.

• Analyze market trends and internal data to recommend competitive, equitable compensation solutions.

• Develop and approve customized offers for critical and senior leadership talent, balancing market competitiveness and internal equity.

• Evaluate jobs and organizational structures, recommending appropriate levels, titles, and FLSA classifications.

• Provide expertise on rewards integration for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and effective outcomes.

• Communicate, train, and equip HR teams with tools and guidance to support business managers on compensation topics.

Qualifications
• This is an ENCORE requisition.

You must be a retired Cigna Group employee to be eligible.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation, human resources, or finance.
• Proven ability to analyze data, solve problems, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), PHR, or SPHR designation.
• Experience with compensation administration systems and Workday.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
