Product Delivery Manager

As a Product Delivery Manager in Digital Channels PMO Team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.
As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
You will structure intake, assess delivery feasibility, and manage releases that span multiple dependencies.
Collaboration with platform, data, design, development, and product teams ensures alignment on operating readiness and controls.
Success requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder engagement.
Job responsibilities
* Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
* Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
* Develops comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and records, to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Standardizes delivery operating mechanisms, including intake, status reporting, and release readiness checkpoints.
* Facilitates dependency and risk reviews, implement mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
* Tracks success metrics and KPIs to communicate progress and outcomes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
* Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
* Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
* Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex programs.
* Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
* Experience managing dependencies and risks across multiple initiatives.
