Key Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility


* Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents


* Take and record vital signs accurately


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


* Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications


* Active California CNA certification required


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident well-being
