Responsibilities

What You'll Do:



* Oversee HR Functions:Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and employee relations for regional stores.


* Customer Service and Diversity:Ensure that stores meet customer service requirements and diversity standards.


* Talent Acquisition:Support initiatives in recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and training high-caliber store personnel.


* Professional Relationships:Build and maintain relationships with trade schools, military job placement centers, and employment agencies.


* Risk & Safety Management:Monitor and assist in managing risk and safety activities.


* Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.


* Advisory Role:Advise the Regional Manager on HR-related matters and help develop annual business plans.


* Investigations:Investigate complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

What We're Lookin For:



* Experience:1-2 years of experience in multi-unit/field HR management, preferably in the retail industry, managing HR functions for a company with 200+ employees.


* Skills:Strong selling, coaching, training, customer service, and communication skills.


* Talent Development:Ability to assess and develop talent.


* Organizational Skills:Excellent time management, prioritization, delegation, and organizational skills.


* Leadership:Ability to motivate and lead functional teams to deliver results.

You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:



* Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS).


* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.


* Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and/or SHRM Certification is a plus.
