Manufacturing Production Manager, 1st Shift

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the Role:

The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the company's manufacturing operations and facility management.

Primary responsibilities include, managing production processes, ensuring product quality and efficiency, and optimizing resource allocation to meet production targets; leading and mentoring a team of supervisors and production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Managerial Responsibilities:


* Patner with HR on hiring strategies for open roles within the Production departments and makes final hiring decision.


* Organize schedules, approve time-off requests, and manage workloads..


* Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive in accordance with company review periods.


* Manages discipline and termination of employees with guidance from Human Resources and in accordance with company policy.

Plant Responsibilities:



* Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of shop personnel.


* Manage and optimize production cells to meet growth targets and lean principles.


* Schedule production to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.


* Ensure proper inspection and packaging for customer shipments.


* Collaborate with leads and other departments to resolve issues and improve productivity.
