* Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering discipline

The Senior Product Engineer will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the engineering function within our core manufacturing product line.

This role oversees multiple engineering disciplines-including Process Engineering, Advanced Technology, Product Engineering, and other specialized engineering teams assuring alignment with business objectives, operational excellence, and innovation in manufacturing.

The Senior Engineer plays a critical role in driving technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement across the plant.
