Job responsibilities


* Develop, maintain, and deliver high-quality executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.

Synthesize complex program data into actionable insights for senior leadership.


* Oversee program budgets, track expenditures, and support financial planning and forecasting.

Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals and compliance with internal controls.


* Craft clear messages and compelling communications for internal and external audiences.

Support the Chief Business Technologist in preparing executive updates, announcements, and strategic messaging.


* Liaise between the Chief Business Technologist and key stakeholders, ensuring timely information flow and alignment on priorities.


* Streamline program management processes, identify operational efficiencies, and implement best practices to support the organizations initiatives.


* Monitor and track program risks and issues, escalate critical items, and support resolution efforts to minimize impact on business objectives.


* Plan, organize and facilitate key meetings, workshops, and events.

Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-through.


* Maintain accurate records of program activities, decisions, and communications.

Ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization


* Exceptional communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences across all organizational levels


* Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients


* Experience with budgets of $5M+ and complex vendor management with strong financial acumen in budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis


* Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines


* Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
