Requirements:


* Must be a graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy BS, MS, or OTD Program and NBCOT certified.

* Must have Tennessee OT ( Occupational Therapy) license


* Must have a positive attitude, and be a team player


* Prior SNF experience a plus
