In the Senior Director, Growth Analytics role, you’ll apply your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands to help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.

What You’ll Do (Role Purpose)

As Senior Director, Growth Analytics, your mission is to deliver transformational business impact by optimizing growth levers across Kimberly-Clark.

You will drive data-informed decision making to optimize resource allocation across Kimberly-Clark’s global brand portfolio grounded on understanding of the strategic, short and long term incrementality of growth levers (including creative, media mix, innovation, trade, and other growth investments).

Reporting to the VP Insights & Analytics, you will serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (global growth, marketing and finance executive leaders), championing a culture of analytical excellence and innovation.

Your success will be defined by how your work optimizes investments in growth levers by prioritizing growth opportunities and evaluating ROI of investment opportunities (quantifying where and how to grow) and making recommendations to decision makers.

The role also requires close collaboration with analytics and data vendors, providing relevant solutions for markets with varying data availability/reliability and business needs – e.g., US, China, Brazil, Australia, South Korea and Indonesia.

You will have 2 direct reports and your partnership with other global functions (e.g., Technology) and local insights analytics teams will enable and amplify your influence and impact.

Equally important will be your desire to deeply understand the consumer, their motivations, aspirations, values and beliefs throughout life stages better than anyone else – the WHY behind the data.
