About the Role

The National Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

This role involves managing Turtle’s national customer’s expectations by working with the national account managers and the national project managers by providing quotes, bill of materials, and solutions while setting sales goals, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales team's alignment with the company's overall objectives.

What You'll Do:
1.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
+ Set clear and measurable sales targets, both short-term and long-term, and create actionable plans to achieve them.



* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt the sales strategy as needed.


* Review and understand the Project Engineering contract documents.


* Read and interpret SLD, data sheet, specifications and other project-related documents such as building layout, equipment plan view, and electrical schematics.


* Provide value engineered solutions tailored to the customers’ design intent.


* Support all BESS projects nationally.

Team Leadership and Management:
+ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department.



* Mentors junior Engineers, switchgear specialists and project managers

Revenue Generation:
+ Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach, and maximizing sales to existing customers.
+ Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to secure strategic accounts and partnerships.
+ Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed revenue targets.
