Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will partner closely with SG&A leaders and business unit partners to deliver financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

This role supports executive reporting, forecasting, and annual planning for SG&A cost centers.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and willing to support the broader FP&A team with key deliverables.

Position Responsibilities



* Serve as the lead FP&A partner for SG&A leaders (e.g., People Operations, IT, Facilities, Legal, Accounting, Strategic Operations, etc.)


* Lead annual planning for SG&A cost centers and quarterly forecasting.


* Prepare and analyze monthly financial performance against annual plan and prior year.


* Assist with preparation of monthly board slides and provide commentary/input for executive reporting.


* Create executive dashboards and reports in Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and Power BI (or similar tools) to drive reporting and analysis for actuals vs.

budget.


* Collaborate with People Operations on headcount planning and compensation expense forecasting.


* Handle large data sets across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.


* Create internal and external executive reporting documents, including board and management presentations.


* Support the broader FP&A team with cross-functional deliverables and initiatives.

Position Requirements



* 6+ years of relevant financial experience, ideally in FP&A or corporate finance.


* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.


* Experience with reporting, forecasting, and data visualization tools (Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, Power BI).


* Strong understanding of financial statements, U.S.

GAAP, and finance principles.


* Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.


* Ability to collaborate across financial and operational groups, from senior management to staff.


* Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working within a matrix management structure.


* Team-oriented with the ability to pivot across multiple priorities and support team goals.
