Job Summary: Tendering (Medium Voltage Switchgear)

A highly organized and results-oriented professional responsible for leading the tendering function for medium voltage switchgear projects.

The Senior Manager - Tendering will oversee the complete bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.

This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of switchgear systems, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and timely bids that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead and manage the tendering process for medium voltage switchgear projects, ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.


* Prepare detailed tender documentation including technical and commercial Estimates.


* For Mega Project Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to gather inputs and ensure bid completeness.


* Monitor and manage changes in tender scope, timelines, and pricing using structured verification and approval processes.


* Analyze tender performance and provide insights to senior leadership for continuous improvement.


* Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering and project execution.


* Maintain organized records and documentation for all tendering activities.


* Foster collaboration across departments to ensure high-quality and competitive proposals.


* Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and client specification

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.


* 5+ years of experience in tendering or project management within the medium voltage switchgear or electrical equipment industry.


* Strong understanding of switchgear systems, technical specifications, and commercial terms.


* Strong understanding of numerical relay ,VCB and CT/PT.


* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:


* Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex tendering processes.


* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.


* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


* Skilled in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and decision-making.
