Titan Transformation - Business Analyst Customer Project Execution

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your Mission

We are seeking a Customer Project Execution Business Analyst to join the Titan Transformation Program, a key initiative driving Schneider Electric's digital evolution in the North America Market (NAM).

In this role, you will lead business transformation and continuous process improvement through research, data analysis, and problem-solving.

You will gather and translate customer and business requirements into digital solutions that enable standardized processes and deliver measurable value.

Acting as a change leader, you will support transformation initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

What you'll be doing



* Champion change initiatives by driving adoption among end users and addressing issues or concerns raised by the business community


* Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements


* Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements


* Work closely with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring consistency with established business processes


* Partner with team members to validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies
