Part time/As needed opportunities available

Full Wage Range: $44-$60/hr DOE and Seniority

Shift differentials avail $2/$3hr for Eve/NOC shifts

As an RN at Mountain View Post Acute, you will provide high-quality care to residents, manage nursing staff, and ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:



* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.



* Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff, ensuring they follow proper protocols and provide excellent care.



* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.



* Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report significant changes to physicians and family members.



* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families to enhance their understanding of healthcare needs.



* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.



* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and infection control policies.

Qualifications:



* Active RN license in Washington State is required .



* Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.



* Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care.



* Ability to lead, educate, and communicate effectively with a healthcare team.



* Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.



* CPR and First Aid certification required .
