Your Role:

* Monitor and track resident progress , making adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.


* Collaborate closely with our dedicated care team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.


* Educate and guide residents and their families , offering emotional support and essential information throughout the recovery process.

What We're Looking For:


* A valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Alaska.
