We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team.

CNAs at Centennial Post Acute play a vital role in supporting residents with daily needs, promoting comfort, dignity, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).


* Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to nursing staff.


* Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.


* Assist with documenting resident care in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:


* Current Alaska CNA Certification (required)


* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff


* Compassionate, resident-centered attitude


* Ability to meet the physical demands of the position


* Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required — we provide training
