The IHG Hotels at Dubai Festival City consists of four hotels.

 A little taste of your day-to-day


* Attend daily briefings with the Recreation Supervisor/ Spa & Recreation Manager, and employees.


* Fully understand and enforce recreation rules and regulations.


* Update and develop SOPs for all work areas, and ensure all employees are fully trained to perform their duties according to the standards.


* Be familiar with all facilities and services provided.


* Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, training, and certifications.


* Implement a daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance checklist for all relevant employees and ensure it is followed.


* Ensure all safety and cleaning standards are maintained throughout daily operations.


* Oversee and manage the lifeguard team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.


* Ensure all lifeguards adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.


* Serve as the main point of contact for any lifeguard-related issues or concerns.


* Monitor pool areas and respond promptly to any emergencies or safety concerns.


* Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all equipment is in good order.


* Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to pool safety and operation.
