Business Delivery Analyst – Identity and Access Management

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Business Delivery Analyst (BDA) and play a key role in advancing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives.

In this full-time position, you'll partner directly with application owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to formalize and streamline access management processes.

Your work will ensure we meet organizational policies, regulatory standards, and technology best practices.

With us, you'll lead the transition from legacy access management systems to modern IAM/IGA solutions, while also driving ongoing enhancements and process improvements.

Your ability to influence outcomes, gather and document requirements, analyze business needs, and foster collaboration will be essential to the successful implementation and adoption of our IAM solutions.
