Engineering & Facilities Executive
At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for an Engineering and Facilities Executive to join the team in the heart of Mayfair with an immediate start.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Engineering & Facilities Executive to support the administrative, operational, and maintenance functions of our Engineering and Facilities department.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, compliance initiatives, vendor coordination, and operational administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Coordination: Manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and track corrective maintenance (CM) work requests, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
* Scheduling & Task Management: Maintain departmental work rotas, holiday trackers, and task allocations; arrange holiday cover and agency staff where required.
* Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain organised physical and digital records for service, compliance, invoices, and financial documents.
* Procurement & Supplies: Generate purchase orders, requisition parts, manage office supplies, and assist with vendor contract negotiations.
* Compliance & Safety Support: Assist with Health and Safety administration, audits, and compliance tasks; take meeting minutes and coordinate with safety teams.
* Budget & Financial Coordination: Monitor Capex budgets, raise Capital Cost Approvals (CCAs), support P&L reviews, and draft executive summaries.
* Utility & Data Management: Manage utility portals, review costs, collate CAFM data, and assist with technical reporting.
* Vendor & Training Management: Manage vendor interactions, approve RAMS, oversee on-site services, and maintain team training records.
What you bring to the role:
* Proven experience in engineering or facilities administration, ideally in complex or high-demand environments.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience with CAFM systems, compliance reporting, procurement processes, and vendor management.
* Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work across teams and with external partners.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and compliance best practices.
