Regional Account Manager

What will you do?



* Develop new sales opportunities and address the needs of major accounts.


* Build a robust, profitable project pipeline through channel partners and end-users.


* Manage monthly orders, sales performance, and weekly backlog for assigned accounts.


* Create and execute plans to convert customers from competitors, emphasizing Schneider Electric's value proposition.


* Gather business intelligence on pricing, competition, product positioning, and channel partners.


* Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, providing technical expertise across Schneider Electric's product range.


* Prepare strategic proposals and manage orders to meet customer expectations.


* Negotiate pricing and analyse market conditions to improve margins.


* Foster strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a Trade-tested Electrical Higher National Diploma (minimum N3); a business administration degree is advantageous.


* 5-10 years of relevant sales experience in Electrical Distributors/Wholesalers.
