* B.S.
in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Ceramic Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline from an ABET accredited institution
* Must have 3 or more years of relevant experience
* Experience in the processes used to manufacture engineered ceramics.
* Familiarity with laboratory testing techniques used in the characterization of the structure and properties of nonmetallic materials including: microscopy, density, particle size, MOR and dilatometry.
* Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, production facilities, R&D teams, and leadership on projects and technical efforts.
* Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills to drive root cause and resolution of product and process challenges.
* Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience in industry in a ceramic related discipline.
* Experience in industrial milling, blending and firing processes.
* Familiarity with investment casting and related processes is desirable but not required.
