Your Role: 仓库作业员


* Ensure the safety and accuracy for stock keeping and dispatching for Wusi warehouse



* Ensure SAP daily operation accurate and input on time


* 保证各自所负责的产成品，包装材料或者原料的准确收发和安全存放，数据准确及时地录入SAP系统

Your Responsibilities:


* Receiving materials based on the supplier list, purchase order and dispatch list in time.


* 物料接收时，根据供应商清单，采购入库单以及送货单验收，及时做好检查和核对



* Ensure the safety and tidy condition for storage keeping and record the storage bin accordingly


* 物料的安全存放，做好库位记录，确保仓库区域的整洁



* All data input in SAP in time


* 及时将收发记录准确的输入SAP系统



* Finish daily work based on standard SOP flow-provide the weighing list for exportation in time, packing and posting shipping marks etc.


* 严格执行标准工作流程，及时提供出口产品的称量单，并协助打包，张贴唛头等。 



* Responsible for goods’ transfer between warehouse and production area.

Time management base on production requirement


* 负责仓库和车间之间货物运输的安全，配合生产完成临时性的加班任务



* Maintenance daily documents record in warehouse and cycle count


* 仓库的日常维护（仓库设施，设备，定期盘点和记录，温湿度记录，整理清洁等）



* Arrange and follow up materials arrival plan based on warehouse capacity and production plan


* 根据月度生产和采购计划，跟踪计划完成情况和原辅料的到货情况，确保生产的正常运行



* Other tasks assigned by line manager


* 完成直线经理交待的其他工作任务

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* High school, technical secondary school, vocational school or above


* 高中，中专，职校及以上学历



* With at least 2 years relevant work experience


* 2年相关工作经验



* Familiar with ERP software
