About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's procurement catalogue, which is a database of all the goods and services that the organization purchases.

You will be responsible for migrating vendors from existing supplier portals to our new global supplier portal as well as implementing and maintaining catalogues for suppliers in EMEA region.

In this role you will:


* Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to set up hosted and punch-out catalogs and enable suppliers in Coupa Supplier Portal.


* Confirm and collect supplier contacts with regional and global category managers; communicate portal requirements and timelines.


* Manage procurement catalog database: add new items, update existing ones, and remove obsolete entries.


* Support cXML mapping for purchase orders and invoices, troubleshoot transmission issues, and ensure smooth integration.


* Track and report supplier readiness and resolve issues or questions before and after go-live.


* Analyze catalog data for cost-saving opportunities, maintain process accuracy, and provide training to team members and users.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:


* Fluent English both written and spoken,


* Proven experience in Procurement or related area,


* Technical skills including MS Excel advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Coupa or SAP knowledge,


* Electronic catalogues experience for Procurement,


* Knowledge of cXML document transmission,


* Experience in electronic document exchange for Procurement and Accounts Payable.
