A Brief Overview

The Engineering Manager leads the plant-level engineering and maintenance team, focusing on day-to-day

operations, maintenance planning, and equipment reliability to support production efficiency and compliance.

This role involves managing the implementation of preventative maintenance programs, assisting with capital

projects, and ensuring that all plant equipment operates safely and reliably.

What you will do

· Oversee the daily activities of the plant’s engineering and maintenance team, ensuring effective

maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of all equipment.

· Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability,

reduce downtime, and support production goals.

· Assist in managing the department budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring proper allocation of

resources such as tools, parts, and manpower to meet operational demands.

· Collaborate with the Engineering Director on plant-specific capital projects, coordinating on-site support,

resources, and compliance with engineering standards.

· Supervise, train, and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring skills development and effective

performance management to meet plant objectives.

· Ensure maintenance and engineering activities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance

requirements, promoting a culture of safety within the plant.

Education Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Required)

Experience Qualifications

· 1-3 years Supervisory experience in maintenance or engineering roles (Required)
