The Assistant Digital Security Administrator, assigned to one of Pinkerton’s largest global clients, will be responsible for delivering comprehensive security solutions for the client's local offices.

The Administrator serves as the primary digital security contact, managing access control for employees and vendors to designated secured spaces.

Responsibilities



* Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.


* Maintain a daily onsite and remote presence while upholding a professional demeanor that embodies friendliness and approachability, with a strong emphasis on customer service.


* Administer and manage access credentials for designated secured areas.


* Monitor CCTV systems, advanced surveillance technologies, and alarm management systems to maintain the highest standards of security operations.


* Coordinate logistical tasks, working closely with Executive Assistants, briefing managers, facility teams, internal and external security partners, and external vendors.


* Conduct routine audits in accordance with procedures.


* Establish strong stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders and maintain alignment with departmental goals and objectives.


* Adhere to client policy and security standards, work procedures, and instructions.


* All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or minimum of two or more years’ experience in a security/corporate security, law enforcement, or military discipline.


* Knowledge of video surveillance and other security systems, such as Lenel.


* CPR/AED certification, preferred.


* Adaptable to a fast paced, high demand and dynamic work environment.


* Attentive to details and accuracy.

* Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation.
