Paving Foreperson - What Will You Do?


* BUILD AMERICA - Assist in multiple aspects of road jobs across the Lancaster Area.


* Lead and direct people, equipment and resources in the construction of roads.


* Ensure sufficient deployment and productivity of work crews.


* Engage in open communication with the Superintendent and Project Managers and report any issues which could affect the project plan.


* Work as a team member and leader to carry prep sites for paving work and/or set traffic patterns.


* Identify and execute best practices concerning the efficient use of construction materials.


* Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met.


* Read and interpret project plans and specifications.


* Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PA

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?


* 3 to 5 years’ experience as construction or paving foreperson.


* NECEPT certification is a plus.


* Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.


* Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.


* Team Mindset - "The NESL Way"


* Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.


* Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
