Responsibilities


* Lead end-to-end product development, from research and discovery to launch and measurement.


* Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.


* Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems and identify high-leverage opportunities.


* Engage hands-on with data and AI, supporting model development and data analysis to accelerate learning.


* Champion intuitive, elegant design and ensure exceptional user experiences.


* Validate ideas through rapid experimentation, user testing, and data-driven insights.


* Leverage modern AI tools to amplify team productivity and velocity.


* Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications


* 4+ years of experience building data-driven products.


* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).


* Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).


* Knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).


* Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications


* Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.


* Experience in healthcare data and familiarity with clinical coding standards and interoperability formats.


* Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Matplotlib).


* Background in enterprise risk management within health insurance.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 131,900 - 219,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
