ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are searching for a Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Specialist  to join our Johor plant, where we manufacture intermediate bulk containers. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will perform risk-assessments for processes and new equipment as well as submit corrective action solutions.

Our Quality, Environmental Health & Safety Specialists assist in safety and quality activities and improvement projects.

You will also keep track of an inform managers of regulatory changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities


* Communicates and interacts with operation colleagues to positively influence plant’s Quality, Environmental Health and Safety awareness and culture.


* Delivers accurate data management and prepare routine and special reports, scorecards and analysis for local facility to improve performance through trending and action planning.


* Communicates SHEQ regulatory and policy obligations to management and operations.


* Coordinates support and prepares for SHEQ regulator inspections and/or inquiries.


* Arranges and/or conducts regular SHEQ training on topics and content relevant to local operation.


* Utilizes existing tools and protocols for tracking and demonstrating SHEQ compliance.


* Reports any imminent threat to human health or environment to regional management and operations as appropriate.
