* Prepare tasty and well-balanced meals for residents following set menus and dietary guidelines


* Cook a variety of foods in large quantities with attention to flavor and presentation


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times


* Prepare and serve special diets and pureed meals accurately


* Record and monitor food temperatures for quality and safety


* Work cooperatively with staff across all departments to ensure smooth meal service


* Assist in training and supporting other dietary team members
