Trading Services [Multiple Positions Available]

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Provide Support to clients across all aspects of Equity, Repo, Fixed Income, US Treasury and Corporate bonds trade lifecycle, including trade capture, settlements and reconciliation.

Maintain control of settlement services by closely monitoring Domestic and International exception reports, reclaimed trade deliveries and trade booking exceptions to ensure swift resolution and to identify trends and solutions that will prevent reoccurrence.

Maintain control of Prime Brokerage Middle office functions by closely monitoring various different instruments trade lifecycles, unmatched DTCC trades and US treasury trades, internal control breaks and client trade booking exceptions to ensure expeditious resolution and to mitigate risk and exposure.

Participate in client meetings to increase rapport and provide detailed responses and trainings on proprietary applications and JPM processes.

Leverage automation tools to generate and schedule analytical and risk reports detailing client trade activity, risk profile, allocation issues, notional exposure and trade volume.

Drive continuous improvement in reporting standards to provide insight on available and restricted inventory for settlement purpose.

Transform raw data into actionable insights by publishing data driven dashboards to improve processes by collaborating with clients, business, technology and senior management and enable effective collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Identify process inefficiencies by mapping end to end operational processes and driving initiatives related to process improvement and process optimization.

Track lifecycle of the project issues to measure scalability, define business requirements, identify costs to benefits, and create test scripts.

Complete user acceptance testing and implement solutions for global teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: 3 year or a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Bank Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Trading Services, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Managing and settling trades in DTC domestic and international markets ensuring a 99% trade settlement success rate through efficient reconciliation and fail management.

This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Working with high-net worth hedge fund clients with a portfolio over $100 million; Managing client enquiries related to their Equity and fixed income trades including Repurchase and Reverse Repurchase Orders financing transactions.
