Molex is seeking a contribution minded Collections Analyst to join our global Collections Team.

What You Will Do



* Provide timely, efficient, and effective collection efforts to ensure customers fulfil their financial obligations to Molex


* Proactively manage and take ownership of your portfolio of customers


* Problem solve and collaborate across functional groups


* Be a teammate.

* Communicate with internal business partners and external customers


* Continuously seek opportunities through innovation for process improvement and system optimization


* Utilization of dashboard data to assist in your efficiency of day-to-day responsibilities


* Participate in special projects for continuous improvement of company processes

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting and/or a High School diploma/GED


* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; that includes Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/v-lookup/what-if logic)


* Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

What Will Put You Ahead



* One or more years of relevant experience (i.e.

AR, AP functional roles)


* Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or other data visualization software/tools


* Proficient with SAP


* Exposure to and working knowledge of GetPaid


* Process Transformation / Process Automation / Process Implementation experience


* Other language skills in addition to English

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000- $70,000 per year.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
