Job Description:

Individual contributor who is a developing subject matter expert, who works independently with minimal supervision.

Implements digital strategic plans and partners with stakeholders to ensure strategies and required investments are reflected in the business plan.

Supports digital innovation projects that drive change and business objectives.

Drives standardization and adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
Partners and provides direct support to Business Technology (BT) managers for products, capabilities and services aligned to sector specific business value stream(s).
Helps to establish technology roadmaps to achieve efficient & effective delivery of business & customer value for assigned value stream(s), while handling demand.
Ensures products meet stated business needs and achieves desired business outcomes.
Aligns on sector goals & objectives with Director, Technology Solutions Engagement role and leverage with stable team & cross-functional team members supporting assigned value stream(s).
Provides stable team support and point of escalation across all stages of the solution lifecycle to optimize value for assigned value stream(s).
Assists with identifying business cases of potential digital platform investments and improvements for leadership.
Develops tactical and operational plans for integration of digital marketing technology, enterprise business systems, digital infrastructure, and other customer facing platforms that satisfy strategic initiatives.
Analyzes online trends and leverages site statistics and performance to influence digital strategy and project roadmaps.
Researches digital trends in order to gain valuable insights that will help drive strategic and tactical planning for existing and future projects.
Manages operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
