Job Description:

The Business Excellence Manager will work with the Site Manager, Synthetics Value Stream Leader, and Biosurgery Business Excellence & Digital Leader to develop and execute continuous improvement strategies for operational excellence.

This role oversees site performance management and cost improvement initiatives.

The manager collaborates in creating and executing site and business excellence strategies for the Biosurgery business in partnership with other sites and functions.

Responsibilities:


* Leads Business Excellence activities for the Nijmegen site, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.


* Responsible for deploying JJOS on site.


* Partner with the site leadership team to develop and implement the site strategy, providing support to the Site Manager and leadership team throughout the strategic business cycles.


* Develop and maintain a pipeline of Operational Excellence projects aimed at continuous improvement and cost reduction, aligned with the overall site strategy.

Prioritize and resource projects according to the roadmap.


* Implements performance management routines and incorporates the use of advanced digital solutions and data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data, supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing agility.


* Serves as the Site Value Stream Subject Matter Expert, managing the material and information flow for all products manufactured on-site and overseeing current and future state value stream maps.
